- Role-based mobile app — Distinct worker and company journeys after phone verification
- Jobs and calls — Job creation candidate discovery and initial replacement and additional calls
- Work lifecycle — Server-authoritative recruiting close start completion and cancellation states
- Notifications and follow-up — Role-specific inboxes reviews and reporting after completed work
